Get your home ready for the spotlight! We will discuss the staging process, declutter, depersonalize, and make minor repairs to present your home in its best light. A deep clean will ensure it’s in pristine condition and ready for potential buyers to envision themselves living there.

Receiving an offer is exciting, but it’s just the beginning. We will review each offer and go over the terms being offered to ensure it meets your needs. I will verify that the buyers are prequalified or pre-approved. 

You’re almost there! Together with the buyer, we’ll tackle any final tasks, such as inspections, surveys, or repairs. I’ll oversee these efforts, coordinate, and ensure everything is set for the closing date. A few days before closing, I’ll confirm that everything’s on track and remind you to make moving arrangements.
