As a real estate agent, I’m always telling clients to de-clutter and get rid of things they no longer use or need when they are thinking about selling their home. The reality is, that we all probably have ‘stuff’ piling up in our homes we no longer use or need. I always see moms and dads posting online asking for places to donate used toys and furniture, clothes and home goods, and odds and ends.
There are so many great resources right here in Morris County. There are also many individuals who’ve fallen on hard times who are ready, willing and excited about taking the things you no longer need or want off your hands. So as Spring fast approaches and some of you may be doing some spring cleaning, rather than throwing items in the trash - check out the list below for some great options of organizations willing to take some goodies off your hands. Some organizations will even pick up large amounts of items or bulky furniture from your home. Just think about how special you can make someone feel! Doesn’t it feel good knowing you’re helping someone else too?
