As an agent, there's no day more special than closing day. Whether I represent buyers or sellers I always give a closing gift. So that got me thinking about all of the amazing finds out there that also make the perfect holiday gifts for a new homeowner too. As the serious shopper that I am, of course, I scoured the web, local shops, malls, etc. to bring you my personal favs. Hope you love them as much as I do.

I'm a huge heart lover. I love everything with hearts. So when I saw these fabulous pieces at one of my favorite local shops, HTB Boutique in Livingston, I had to share. The heart candy dishes ($18-$28) can be used to hold your wedding rings and so many other things too. They also fit in the cutting boards ($50-$70) which you can mix and match depending on your party theme. Then there's the heart dip and chip tray ($78) which literally stole my heart!
